Additional New User Invite settings

These are additional settings you can add to the template for new user invites to show additional information:

This will show the Real Name entry on the add user screen:

This will show the link to set the password:

{{link}}

This will show the sites host name:

{{hostname}}

This will show the username:

{{user_name}}

Here is an example that you can use:

Dear {{name}},

Welcome to our secure file transfer system. The following link will allow you to choose your initial password:

{{link}}

Once you have chosen your password, you can can visit {{hostname}} to login and begin transferring files. Your username for login is {{user_name}}. Do not share this information with anyone.
