FTP Today will sign a General Data Protection Regulation Data Processing Agreement (GDPR DPA) with the following subscription levels:

Premium
Elite
Ultimate
Dedicated

The following information will need to be submitted via request at our support portal at https://support.ftptoday.com

1. Company legal name
2. Company type (Corp, LLC, etc)
3. State of incorporation
4. Name, title, and address of who will sign the BAA on behalf of your company.

When submitting the request select “Legal Documentation” in the I need help with section.
