We were alerted to OTP delivery problems with clients using ATT. After our investigation, we discovered ATT is now blocking any text messages that contain a domain.
As examples:
yourcompany.ftptoday.com
business.govftp.com
yourcompany.ftptoday.com
business.govftp.com
google.com
We have adjusted our OTP system to no longer include the domain in the message. The message will now display the Branding Title located in Settings > Branding > Title
This change will affect all SMS OTP clients.
