      10.28.2022 - Enterprise Email Server Updates

      FTP Today has begun the process to moving our email notifications to be send from SendGrid.

       

      This is being done in order to provide better delivery of notifications, OTP codes, and share links. 

       

      This roll out will be performed in phases over the next week starting 10.28.2022. There should be nothing needed to be done on the client side.

       

      If your email server is very restrictive then whitelisting our dedicated mail IP of 159.183.179.205 and/or host o1.ptr8695.ftptoday.com will correct this.
