Additional New User Invite settings

These are variables you can add to the template for new user invites to show additional information:

kb-article-module-5	The name of the user.
	The link to set the password.
	The URL to log into the site.
	The login userid* of the user. Use of this field could be a security risk. We recommend not including any part of the login credentials in an email.

* For security purposes it is recommended to send the username for login via a separate personal email. The following is an example custom template that includes all of the above variables:

Welcome to our secure file transfer system. The following link will allow you to choose your initial password:

Your username is . The above link will expire in 7 days.

Once you have chosen your password, you can can visit the following link to log in and begin transferring files:
