Current Offerings:
- Performance w/ Advanced Security & Compliance Enablement
- Enterprise w/ Advanced Security & Compliance Enablement

The following information will need to be submitted via request at our support portal at https://support.ftptoday.com
- Company legal name
- Name, title, and email address of who will sign the BAA on behalf of your company.
When submitting the request select “HIPAA BAA Request” in the "Issue" section.
