      Business Associates Agreement (BAA)

      As of November 2022, FTP Today will sign a new Business Associates Agreement (BAA) with the following subscription levels:

      Legacy Offerings:

      • Ultimate
      • GOVFTP Dedicated

      Current Offerings:

      • Performance w/ Advanced Security & Compliance Enablement
      • Enterprise w/ Advanced Security & Compliance Enablement

       

      *If your subscription is not listed contact us by opening a support ticket for an Account Upgrade*

      The following information will need to be submitted via request at our support portal at support.ftptoday

      1. Company legal name
      2. Name, title, and email address of who will sign the BAA on behalf of your company.

      When submitting the request select “HIPAA BAA Request” in the "Issue" section.
