How to reset MFA for a user

1.  Log in As a Site Admin

2. Go to the Users section and select the user you want to reset the TOTP MFA. 
3. Click the Authentication tab.
4. Click the Reset TOTP button.
   

On the next login the client will be asked to re-setup their TOTP app.
