How to reset MFA for a user

Audience: Site Administrator

  1.  Log in As a Site Admin

  2. Navigate to the security settings or profile settings where TOTP authentication is configured.

  3. Locate the option to disable TOTP authentication at the user level.

  4. Once disabled, save the changes.

  5. After saving, re-enable TOTP authentication.

  6. Save the changes again.

Following these steps will prompt your TOTP app to repair and synchronize with your account, resolving any issues you may be experiencing with TOTP authentication.
