IP Restriction Examples

Here is a list of examples that you can reference when building a rule set. You can have multiple rules for your site. If you or your clients are unsure of what the correct external IP address is you can use our MyIP tool located here at my ip.sharetru.com to determine the correct external IP address. This tool can be used with Unix systems that have curl installed by using this command:

If at any time a rule is not valid this icon Icon will be present. You will need to review your rules to determine the conflict.

User accounts limited to FTP, FTPS and SFTP with NO access to HTTPS will receive this error when attempting access via HTTPS (WebApp) "The information did not match our records. Please try again."

In the event you lock yourself out of your site you will need to contact Sharetru Support and provide us your IP address.
