Set up your OTP

If your administrator has required you to start using multi-factor authentication, you will be required to set it up on your next login. One of the following three methods will have been chosen for you by your administrator. You should only see one of these.

Email OTP Setup

Enter your email address that will be used for the system to send a One-time Passcode each time you log in. Then click Save.

To finalize setup, you will be sent a 6-digit code via Email and will be required to enter it.

SMS OTP Setup

Choose your cellular carrier and enter your phone number that will be used for the system to send a One-time Passcode each time you log in. Then click Save.

To finalize setup, you will be sent a 6-digit code via SMS text message and will be required to enter it.

TOTP App Setup

Timed One-time Passcode (TOTP) apps are readily available for all mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile). Some of the most popular apps are Google Authenticator, Duo Mobile or Microsoft Authenticator, but there are many.

Once you have installed a TOTP app on your mobile device, you will be able to use it to scan the QR code on the screen. Then click Save.

To finalize setup, you will be sent a 6-digit code via your TOTP app and will be required to enter it.
