SSO FAQs: Essential FAQs for Sharetru Users
Can SSO and Site authentication be used at the same time?
Yes. When adding a new user this can be selected in the “Authentication (IdP) Service” section. When managing existing users, the section will be on the Authentication tab in the “Authentication service” section. You will need to select the entry site.domain.com for Site authentication or the name you specified for the Identity Service for SSO.
Can site OTP authentication be used with SSO?
No. When using an Authentication (IdP) Service all authentication is done via the Authentication (IdP) Service and no part of the Site authentication system is used.
