      Updating Billing Information and Retrieving Invoices

      You can conveniently manage your billing details, update your credit card information, and access invoices through our secure billing portal. Follow the steps below to access and update your account:

      Accessing the Billing Portal

      1. Visit the following URL: https://billing.ftptoday.com

      Logging In

      1. Use the primary email address associated with your billing account to log in.

      Note:

      • The primary billing account holder may differ from site administrators. While a site can have multiple administrators, only one email address is connected to the billing portal.

      • If you are unsure about your primary email address, please reach out to your billing administrator for assistance.

      Managing Your Account

      1. Once logged in, you can update your billing credit card details, edit your account information, and retrieve invoices as needed.
