How to cancel your account
We hate to see you leave! However, we wish you all the best. Follow the simple steps below to cancel your account.
To cancel you subscription, please go to our customer portal and submit a cancellation ticket by selecting "Account Cancellation" as the the subject of the ticket.
If you have not registered for the customer portal follow the instructions in this article to do so.
If you are unable to open a ticket, contact us directly by calling 702-850-2910, option 2.
Cancellations are subject to the 30-day cancellation notice policy as stated in our Terms of Service.
