How to set a site wide Retention rule.
A site wide Retention rule allows for a daily deletion of old data to be performed on your site.
To enable the site wide Retention rule do the following:
- Log into the site as a site admin.
- Go to the Files section.
- Select the root directory.
- Click on the Automation Tab. You will now see the Site Wide Retention rule.
- Toggle off Retain forever. Then set the number of days old the files will be for them to be deleted and click Save.
