Transfers
This report allows you to select a date range up to 90 days old and display all uploads and downloads to the FTP site.
Deleted Files
This report allows you to select a date range up to 90 days old and display all deleted files. Those that are deleted using File Retention controls are included in this report -- identified by the user **SYSTEM**.
Storage Summary
This report shows all workspace folders on the system and the amount of storage space used by each folder.
Note: The percentages do not add up to 100% because some folders are nested within other folders. The root folder shows how much space is used by the entire site.
Logins by Protocol
This report allows you to select a date range up to 90 days old and display the number of logins for each protocol.
Users
This report provides you with information about all of the user accounts on your site.
Access
This report provides you with permissions information on all of the workspaces on your site.
File Retention
This report provides you with information on the current data retention rules for each workspace.
Messages
This report lists all emails sent from the site for items such as data transfer notification, password resets and Share usage.
User Agreement
This report list all times a user account has accepted a User Agreement.
Administrative Log
This details all actions taken by administrative accounts on the site.
Reports and Logs are kept for 90 days. After 90 days logs are then sent to log_history located in the Files section.
Each report has an Export CSV button at the top of the screen. Use this button if you prefer analyzing the report data in a spreadsheet application as opposed to sorting and viewing the data on screen.
